textCounter.js 1.0.0

As with any other textarea counter plugins, this one has also been inspired by the Twitter status counter.

textCounter.js can count text entered inside a textarea and unpdate a countdown timer underneath it in real-time.

Optionally, textCounter.js can either show a negative text count or it can truncate the text to the imposed limit.

An example demonstrating this effect is included with the download package.

Requirements:

· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery 1.5 or higher
