    jsProgressBarHandler description

    This is a dynamic unobtrusive JavaScript progress/percentage bar

    jsProgressBarHandler has been tested and verified working in IE6, IE7, Firefox 2, Opera 10 and Safari 3.0.3, but other browsers should work fine too.

    Requirements:

    · JavaScript enabled on client side
    · Prototype

    · UPD: fixed IE compatibility issue.
    · UPD: setPercentage now parses the targetPercentage to an Integer to avoid infinite loop.
