Table with sorting and autofilter

This script creates a table with extremely fast sorting and autofilter feature. Other sorting scripts used to has a limit around 1000 rows without collapsing the browser. This one is able to handle around 5000 rows without having significant problem. The script works much faster than several other sorting solution.
