The plugin adds support for HTML5 placeholder in all major browsers, including IE6.
The plugin does not superimpose its will on browsers, but checks if the browser natively supports the HTML5 placeholder attribute for input and textarea elements.
The plugin automatically adds class="placeholder" to the elements who are currently showing their placeholder text.
This allows the label to be styled via CSS.
A demo and instructions are included with the download package.
