Works on top of MooTools and Twitter's Bootstrap front-end framework, showing a small bar on the top of a website.
The bar's message and buttons' text can easily be customized. Also, the bar can shown at the bottom of a page as well.
While it is named to hint usage with the EU's famous cookie law, the plugin can be used on practically any website for any kind of warnings or messages.
Requirements:
· JavaScript enabled on client side
· MooTools 1.2.5 or higher
· Bootstrap
