Accessible radio button and checkbox replacement 1.4.4

The technique uses form masking to hide the original native styling of the element and overlay the user's design.

Version 1.2 is for jQuery 1.3.x and jQuery 1.7.x, while version 1.4.1 is for jQuery 1.4.x and jQuery UI 1.8.x.

Requirements:

· JavaScrpt enabled on client side
· jQuery 1.3 or higher
· jQuery UI 1.7 or higher
· jQuery.bind
