    Looping Background description

    This is a Flash component for creating a looped background animation

    For the component to work, the background file (image) must be loopable and not introduce a break plane.

    The animation is time driven, and not frame based.

    This means the animation speed can easily be adjusted ny hand.

    Requirements:

    · ActionScript 3
    · Flash Player 9 or higher

    Limitations:

    · Not XML driven.
