The VSK Form Tools library contains function to retrieve data from and manipulate form elements. It allows, for example, to retrieve the caret's (text cursor) pixel position within the input element.
Browser Specific Notes
Opera is currently only partially supported. The caret position for Opera wont be correct if the input element is located in a centered environment.
In some cases the caret will disappear in mozilla firefox. This seems to be a graphical glitch.
Internet explorer currently has issues obtaining the caret position in textarea elements.
