Error Propagation Class

The class, called "meas" (meaning measurement with uncorrelated error), contains two major sections.

One section (elements) holds the value, other the error.

The +,-,*,/,^,>,<,==,>=,<= operators can also perform the error propagation.

Requirements:

· MATLAB 7.4 or higher

Limitations:

· In this version, the function works for single numbers, and the operators listed above.
