- Browse FAQs by categories 
- Display most viewed and latest added FAQs as default view 
- Display FAQs listing with question and brief answer 
- View full FAQ content with full answer, file attachment and other related FAQs in the same category
- Other features such as visitor ratings, printer friendly version and Tell-A-Friend feature 
- Search FAQs by keywords with most relevant results being ranked on top
Integrate With Customer Helpdesk 
- Able to integrate with Comdev Customer Helpdesk for visitors to post support tickets if they are unable to find the answers 
- Vice versa, helpdesk ticket content can be added back as FAQ
Administration Features

Compile FAQ Knowledge Base
- Create and write your FAQ using HTML editor 
- Choose its category, enter question, answer, search keywords and upload file attachment 
- Easily list or search to edit and delete any FAQ as you wish 
- Able to sort FAQ display sequence using Up & Down arrow
Manage FAQ Category
- Add, edit or delete FAQ categories 
- Assign as a sub category under its parent
Preference Settings
- Define FAQ Support display properties
- Prohibit unlimited FAQ ratings per person 
- Option to integrate with Comdev Customer Helpdesk
