Dodomail is an advanced form to database perl script that not only emails the data from a web site's feedback form submissions to a specified address but also stores a copy of each mail in an SQL [Or Flat-text] database.
Through a password-protected control panel, all previous emails can be retrieved based on date or keyword search. For database-savvy users, the control panel also supports custom SQL querying.
