eCoupons is a discount coupons web solution. It creates a portal/website that allows businesses to list their information in a directory and advertise ongoing promotions.

These businesses can pay to add a number of coupons based on the prices set by the admin. They get a secure management suite to interact with their promotions and their customers...

End users can search for businesses with coupons or just businesses at a location.

Key Features

This application is permission driven and secures different areas of the portal. There are 3 basic users of the application.

1. The administrator who owns the application and sets it up on a web server.

2. The business owners or vendors who pay a fee to list their businesses (fee is setup by admin and can include free trial periods)

3. The general public who visit the site to clip and print coupons.

There is an optional user type, the directory critic, a professional critic added by the admin to rate and review different industries.


Admin can choose to charge merchant or not (Incorporated with paypal subscription service)

Requirements:

· Front end is Active Server Pages - Visual Basic 3.0 Back end works with Ms Access 2000 or SQL Server depending on available license
· (Access DB is ugradeable to Ms SQL Server 2000)
· Windows server
