Tooltip strings are a very useful to provide short and fast help in GUI windows. However, by default Matlab accepts only linestrings as 'TooltipString' properties of uicontrols. This severely restricts the amount of text we can put on a TooltipString'.
This function formats a 'TooltipString' in paragraph mode. Furthermore, as an option, the text information can be retrieved form a disk file. This makes it suitable, for example, to select help texts in different languages
