filesize.js 1.9.3

Filesize.js converts a raw file size value from bits to other more readable formats.

So instead of seeing a file size value like 1500000000, a developer/reader can see it as 1.40GB instead.

Usage implementations are endless and will probably be considered best practice if the developer does not display raw file size values in the first place.
