Viewporter 2.1 / 2.2.rc2

A JavaScript library for easy mobile viewport reporting
The viewport is the visible part of the screen, which the user sees.

Viewporter is developed by Zynga and allows the developer to control how the viewport is managed.

It basically initialized itself when a mobile device is detected and writes the correct viewport meta tag to the page.

Main features:

  • Rendering speed boost (by triggering native resolutions)
  • Maximized viewport (scrolling away unneeded UI)
  • Easy layouting
