iOS Number Picker 1

The class combines techniques from UIPicker and UIStepper, for creating a simple step slider.

This allows the user to select the number he wants by sliding the number into center view.

While the widget looks and behaves like any top class iOS UI component, it is recommended to be used with:
- small number ranges
- small selection pools

For larger number ranges/selection pools, bigger swipe gestures, at a more rapid pace (swipe velocity) may be needed.

This may slow down the selection accuracy and time it needs to be used.
