enquire.js 2.1.2

A JavaScript library for dealing with CSS3 media queries, allowing developers more control of how code is executed on various devices and platforms
enquire.js sniffs out every time a media query breakpoint is triggered and executes custom JS code accompanying the CSS3 code.

This is done via a series of JS callbacks introduced by the library, which also works regardless of other JS frameworks used on the site (is framework-agnostic).

Besides listening to CSS3 media queries, it can also dynamically setup new breakpoints and destroy them when/if needed as well.

The enquire.js library works out of the box for all browsers supporting CSS3 media queries, and can be used with older browsers with the matchMedia.js polyfill.
