    Breakpoints.js description

    This is a jQuery plugin for creating, detecting and acting on breakpoints on a page

    Breakpoints are certain actions, which when happen on the page will trigger an immediate second action with the help of this plugin.

    Breakpoints.js, as the included demo shows, is a perfect tool for creating responsive designs, which switch a page's CSS in real-time whenever breakpoints are reached (in this case viewport widths).
