Chronic - Chronic supports date and time parsing operations even with natural language formats
Chronic can parse dates/times in a wide variety of standard and natural formats from simple things like "tomorrow" to complicated things like "7 hours before tomorrow at noon".

The library was built to interpret user natural language and can be a "handle-all" solution for situations where the date/time format varies and is out of the developer's control.

You can see a very long list of supported date and time formats in the package's README file.

Chronic was developed by on of GitHub's founders and was used for the service for a long time.
