A very lightweight CSS-based grid, a simple tool to quickly prototype responsive Web page layouts without using over the top, bulky UI frameworks
While in its first iterations Toast was a full-on framework, its latest version only contains a responsive grid system.

This grid can be used to create Web page layouts using a simple grid-column CSS syntax, usable across multiple browsers and devices.

Toast supports nested grids, column pulls & pushes, custom namespaces, and fixed width gutters.

Toast's source code is available in both CSS and SCSS.

  • Slightly more narrow layout.
  • No more silly selectors.
  • Dropped the IE9.js script, and also dropped any IE6 support there may have previously been.
