A CSS framework built on top of Bourbon for creating fluid grid layouts
Bourbon is a Ruby library for adding extra support for mixins in Sass. So basically, Neat is a CSS framework written in SASS for creating website that adhere to the famous, hyped "Responsive Design" concept.

Neat can be used for creating fluid columns that resize and rearrange themselves as the viewport is modified via a resize event or when loaded on devices with smaller screens.

Neat allows plenty of customizations, starting from the number of columns, rows, margins, padings and gutter presence.
