    PL Toolbox description

    This is a C library providing auxiliary function for the PostgreSQL database

    The library contains functions for working with record type values, iterations, updates, etc..

    It also contains a string function, sprintf function and a collection of bitmapset functions.

    Installation isntructions are provided in the project's README file.
