    Gearman PostgreSQL UDFs description

    A collection of PosgreSQL user-defined functions (UDFs) for the Gearman distributed computing system

    Gearman is a job server that allows computational tasks to run in parallel across multiple computers.

    This UDF permit running Gearman client jobs from inside a PosgreSQL database.

    The UDF is a largely based on the libgearman C library, packaged with Gearman itself.
