COUNT AND DISPLAY NUMBER OF RECORDS

There are a lot of times when web designers need to count and display the number of records in their database.

There are two simple ways to do this, by using DO...LOOP or by using COUNT in your SQL statement. The SQL COUNT method uses a little less code.

Either method will work. Like most things in ASP, it is really a matter of preference and what type of project you are working on.
