Suptrac is an Open Source trouble ticket tracking and management system built on the L.A.M.P (Linux Apache MySQL PHP) stack. It allows IT professionals to manage customer calls and issues more effectively through the use of queues and prioritization mechanisms.
It also allows customers to submit, update, and check the progress of their tickets.Features:
- Clients can login via web interface to create, update, view or cancel active tickets
- Captcha validation to keep out random junk requests
- Email ticket update interface - send out updates and requests for information and the client can simply respond to the email to have their response added to the ticket!
- Full administrative interface with queues for technicians and administrative/ managerial roles for reassigning tickets and viewing reports (how many tickets a particular client opened, average time to close tickets etc.).
