    AttoCMS is a tiny CMS built on PHP and the Smarty template engine.

    AttoCMS is a tiny CMS built on PHP and the Smarty template engine. It facilitates the complete separation of presentation and content but does not provide (currently) for on-line editing/maintenance.

    AttoCMS uses text files instead of a database and relies on Smarty for speed.
