jQuery Time Entry 2.0.1

A jQuery plugin that makes it really easy to enter the current time and then easily adjust it with the help of special UI controls
jQuery Time Entry uses a "spinner" which has 5 parts as seen in the thumbnail image.

Clicking on the center will fill the input field with the user's local time (or a default value).

The left and right buttons are used to select the sections of the time format (hours, minutes, seconds, AM/PM).

The up and down arrows control the value shown in the selected field and are used to modify it (UP increases the value, DOWN decreases the value).

As you can imagine yourself, jQuery Time Entry makes entering time values a lot easier and removes the need of typing anything in the field at all.

Main features:

  • Can be used via the keyboard or with the mouse
  • Accepts direct time entry via the keyboard
  • Works in 12-hour or 24-hour formats
  • Can restrict to a minimum and/or maximum time value
  • Can restrict the time portions to particular multiples, e.g. only quarter hours
  • Various localizations available
  • The spinner controls are customizable
  • Works for time range selections
