    TimeZone CFC description

    This ColdFusion component will take any given timestamp from a timezone and convert it to and from an UTC format

    It will also take an UTC  timestamp and convert it to the local time.

    All this while taking daylight savings time into account.

    All of these operations are done using the java.util.TimeZone class.
