This is a free overweight / BMI calculator script that allows you to checkwhether you are overweight or not.
Installation
- Once downloaded the above script, unzip it and upload it somewhere in your web host. It's just one single PHP script so all you need to do is to upload it.
- Then put the following PHP code in your web page:
- Note that if you put the calculator in a folder, you need to give the relative path to it.
- You can customize the messages that the script gives or its design by modifying the file in a text editor. Look at the beginning of the script, it should be pretty easy to find them.
