To use it one needs to provide the time for a base distance (1500m, 5000m, 10000m).
When you click the Calculate button, the results for appropriate distances will be predicted and displayed. To get the most accurate results, select the base distance which is your strongest event.
Depending on the distance, some of the predicted times will be marked with an asterisk to indicate moderate accuracy. For some conversions the difference from the base is too great and a prediction is not made. These are marked with two asterisks (**).
