TagManage is an open-source social bookmarking/blogging application for small- and medium-sized businesses. TagManage is an open-source social bookmarking/blogging application for small- and medium-sized businesses. Your users can store shortcuts to their most frequently visited Internet or intranet websites, post blog entries, provide descriptive tags for easy organization, and share these bookmarks and blogs with other users or keep them private.
Features - Bookmarks and blog entries can either be publicly viewable, private, or restricted to a specific group of users. - Users can apply tags to other users which can then be used to restrict bookmarks and blog entries. - Users can see which users most actively bookmark websites and post blog entries. - Quick access to your most commonly used tags. - Users have no hassle of entering page titles and descriptions. TagManage will automatically go find this information, if available. However, system administrators still have the ability to overwrite this information if necessary. - Users can subscribe to other users' blogs through RSS. Users can also subscribe to feeds based on user tags. For example, a user can tag several other users in the sales department and then subscribe to that feed. - TagManage is skinnable so you can change the interface to match your intranet's look and feel.
Requirements:
· PHP version 5.0 or greater, with the cURL and mysql/mysqli extension installed.
· MySQL version 4.0 or greater.
· Apache 2.0 or greater is preferred. This application uses mod_rewrite; however, use of mod_rewrite is optional and TagManage can be easily configured to disable it.
