Facebook’s Graph Search tool is getting rolled out starting on Monday and will reach all users over the next few weeks.
The social network announced that after six months in beta testing, the Graph Search will be available to hundreds of millions of people over the next few weeks.
The beta for the Graph Search feature was launched in January, with a statement from Facebook’s CEO mark Zuckerberg about its usefulness.
He said that while web search is designed to take any open-ended query and give you links that might prove to be useful, Graph Search takes a precise query and gives an answer rather than a list of links.
For instance, if you search for friends who like particular movie or type of music, you’ll get specific names.
