Amazon has had a "Send to Kindle" browser extension available for a while, but it's now expanding the idea in a very obvious way, by offering a "Send to Kindle" button for websites.

Publishers, bloggers and so on will be able to add the button to their sites making it easy for readers to save the article for later reading on the Kindle.

"The Send to Kindle Button lets you easily send that content to your Kindle to read later, at your convenience. Just send once and read everywhere on any of your Kindle devices or free Kindle reading apps for iPhone, iPad and Android phones or tablets," Amazon explained.

The button can already be spotted at The Washington Post, TIME, and Boing Boing, but anyone can add it to their site. Instructions for adding the button are here, there's also a plugin for WordPress bloggers.
